【Bearing Diabolo】

• A bearing diabolo is where the axle free spins one way and is fixed the other much like a ratchet spanner
• Triple bearing type can spin longer duration than fixed axle type, only need to pull a few times and it can spin on its own
• ideal for continuous tricks play or a self-learned beginner as it's easier to catch up 
• Lesser friction between axle and string (unable to do"Ant climbing tree/elevator" trick)

• 培铃: 在轴心装有一个单向转动的机制，在顺向的时候可以加速，在逆向的时候变成空转（比较不会减速）
• 培铃：轉速比定轴更快更持久，只需拉动几下就能让扯铃持续转动
• 做连贯招式不费，适合初体验/自学者，容易上手
• 轴心与线摩擦力小，唯独不能做“蚂蚁上树”招式
